Still, dry organic Riesling, with a delicate tone of acidity, with its freshness recalls spring. Straw yellow in colour, this wine has a delicate bouquet of aromatic and fruity aromas, with yellow pulp, such as peach and apricot. Recommended in combination with grilled fish, fish appetizers, especially with crustaceans and molluscs due to the mineral nuances that recall the iodized ones of seafood. Also excellent in combination with vegetables and slightly mature cheeses.
