The Pinot Noir DOP, an organic red aged at least six months in oak barriques, presents a beautiful ruby red, intense, deep, bright in the glass. It expresses fruity and spicy aromas; aromas of cherry, vanilla, accompanied by balsamic hints of leather and undergrowth. The sip is refined, with excellent structure with silky and elegant tannins; on the palate it is fine and well smoothed, with a long persistence. It is a wine with a remarkable structure, which requires dishes with refined preparations. Ideal to accompany substantial first courses, stuffed pasta, red meat and game second courses, it also goes excellently with mature cheeses.
