BONARDA dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOP

Our organic Bonarda is a sparkling red wine with an intense purple color with slight violet reflections. On the nose you can appreciate aromas of red fruits such as blackberries or cherries. Croatina from the Oltrepò Pavese hills produces this sparkling wine, with a pleasant, fresh, lively and juicy flavour. It is usually served at room temperature with cured meats and first courses, but is also greatly appreciated fresh, as an aperitif.
